By using this website and placing orders or bookings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing.
Event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Seats are not held without payment. Minimum 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted via TLS.
Physical goods (books, CDs) are dispatched within 3–5 business days to Finnish addresses, and 5–10 business days internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
All content on this site – including text, images, recordings, and sheet music – is the intellectual property of Hannu Annala or used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Kokkola or Helsinki.
